Us today ….
Around Milan it was frighteningly bad.
I was in a car but it was still scary with the front end trying to aquaplane, traffic speeds were down but the lorries didn’t want to slow down and kept throwing huge walls of spray into all other vehicles…
Glad to make my hotel this afternoon after 160 miles of shite weather.
Fingers crossed for our friendly rodent…!

Just started with light rain here. Realised I can move 100 metres from sitting next to my tent to the lake side. Got camp chair, brolly and waterproof mat as a blanket to keep my knees dry. Drinking Aldi’s finest weissbear. (I went for the expensive quid a 500ml can.stuff. Couldn’t bring myself to buy the 50p stuff!)

For all those enjoying the pouring rain in Italy, it’s dry, sunny and warm in southern Scotland just now. Just saying… :slightly_smiling_face:

I’m in Austria and the light rain has stopped. Just watching shadows of bats flying and wishing I’d bought more than two cans of beer.

Where is that in the first photo, Andy?

Put a new weather strip in the garage doors then took the final bits off the rat bike before getting ready to degrease and wash down… and a few more mental quid spent

This time last year I did malcesine lake Garda too! Sooo ferkin hot we couldn’t even walk at 10pm!!

It has been brilliant until yesterday and when it all changed big style…we’ve done 1600 miles in all with only the last 165 in wet weather.
