Another excellent job @Iron
Do you bounce ball bearings on it, like an anvil?
Ridiculous. Anvils don’t bounce.
Depends how high you drop them from.
I’ve paired all my odd socks .
A job well done .
You should see their toes wiggle when they get reunited.
It brings a tear to ones eyes to see such happy footwear .
Some, unfortunately are still missing in Acton.
Bit damp where you live is it??? I’ve just walked the dog into town, to pick up the car from last nights session… the drizzle here is fat and cold… glad to be home again, and like a lightweight, not going out on my bike.
I guess I’ll finish fettling my guitar amp, which then frees me up to finish the wiring on my bike project.
You are soo rock n roll!
…waiting for the snow.
Socks and rugs and paracetamol…!
And today I finally cleaned the French, Italian and Austrian flies off the car. ( we got home in mid September….)
My German, Italian and Austrian ones from June are still on there…
Oh yes, I forgot the German ones ….they were the most splattered as they were hit fastest….
You lazy lot…
Reminiscing… This still cracks me up - the mouse, the frog and the tiger… @Hubaxe @BrownMouse
love that picture too, and the excellent moments associated with!
Looks like they had a heavy night….!
Got their night caps on
Clear blue skies here, so decided to put on my biking base layers… then my coat, hat and gloves and went for a walk. Sub zero temperatures so doesn’t look like a bike ride is hapenning this week, but when I woke up early to a cold house had idea to make use of the stuff I bought for riding.
Not today, but yesterday.
My car insurance is due in mid December, so the renewal from my current insurer dropped into my inbox. Now I have been with these guys for six years and every year they have been really competitive with a modest increase in my premium, so I have just let the auto renew go through.
This year I got quite a shock they increased my insurance by circa £330, which was an almost double increase in my premium!
Not happy I went to the comparison sites to get some quotes. The best I got was £40 over my last year premium for the same cover, so I went for it.
I went back to my current insurer to cancel my policy, stopping the auto renewal. Can you believe it they immediately sent me an email sorry you are considering leaving us and dropped the quote by £50.
Not satisfied with their behaviour; a bunch of crooks, so I went and left them a complaint/review telling what I thought about their renewal.
I’ve been driving since the late sixties without an accident so I don’t see why they have this year raised my quote by so much. What bunch of b@stards.
Today I’ve been busy… nearly almost kinda finished the load box for my guitar amp (waiting for one part to be delivered), swept up all the leaves and tidied the garden, cooked a chili, fought with idiot child (18y)… and nearly all the time thinking… “wish I’d done a @BrownMouse today”
