You would not regret it…
There’s one I’ve not tried, you call it a must-do?
Very smooth - I’d give it a try…
Looks like you already have
Had some errands to run and as I have neglected my cycling with everything that’s been going on, thought I would cycle into town. Came back along the coast road and through country lanes. Beautiful day in Morecambe Bay

Was not really there last days, lots happened. Last tuesday while working my nose starts to bleed a lot (well A LOT) compression point etc..
That usually happens as I’m tired for a very long time. But that day, nothing could stop it. Wife was on professional travel. Tried during 3 hours to stop the hemorrhage. Finally decided to ask my son to drive me to the local hospital.
Blood everywhere, I had to make sure my son was ok (autistic) and he’s been fabulous, driving me keeping his emotions as low as possible. I lost enough blood that I started to feel weak. Arrived at the emergencies, they took me right away. I thought I was there for a couple of hours, time to cauterize my nose, and we’ll be sent back home.
They didn’t liked my plan. blood analyze, heart monitoring, and blood pressure monitoring. My blood pressure was still 19 after a lowering pill. I was in the “danger zone” for stroke or heart attack", so I had to stay for the night with a tube in my hand providing medication. I felt well by the way. So monitored the whole night, back to almost normal values. As my heart and my blood analyze are very good, they let me go.. Just time to get in my car and drive south for my auntie funerals in Nice.
Conclusion, now I really need to sleep more, work less, and as my body seems to be able to handle a lot, I should not wait for any sign from it.
Today is the first day of my new laziness life. (already boring..)
You certainly do!
Bad news, pal. Glad you are ok now
Glad you’re OK now, Hubert. And Etienne is a hero for driving you in those circumstances!
Yes really pleased you have come through your challenge. Make sure you do slow down and look after yourself.
Look, if winning the 6 nations is gonna do that to you… your lot should consider stepping off the gas a little!!!
Seriously though, glad you’re doing well
@Hubaxe that sounds frightening for your son; he obviously did extremely well!! Also sounds like you need a little more laziness in your lifestyle. I hope you’re back to full fitness soon!
A scary experience. Take it easy from now on!
Hope everything works out ok @Hubaxe stick with the plan and take thkngs easier from now on
@Hubaxe - boring is the way to go. I’ve been bored for about 10 years now - I’ve no idea how I had the time to go to work.
Stay safe and enjoy yourself (a great bit of advice a buddy gave me) make your own footprints for as long as you can my man…
Stick with the plan and keep well - enjoy being bored
