Buying a car for mrs. V… The clutch of her Mini was too much to handle for her bad ankle, and her surgeon advised her to get a car with automatic transmission. We opted for this rather nice, pre-owned Audi A1 S-line. Nippy little motor!

Automatic cars is now the standard. My 2 kids even didn’t bother to make the “manual transmission” driving license. Both have an automatic license.

Pauline in UK bought a 22 years old Honda Jazz, very cheap, but clean. After 6 months of driving everything broke (transmission, engine ignition, exhaust..) She works near a Honda dealer in Solihul, and finally bought a used 12K miles Honda Jazz Hybrid from the dealer, with a full warranty. She learned the lesson 
She now can do 600 miles with 40 litres of petrol.
