What You Been Doing With Your Triumph Today

It’s fast, but not that fast

Good point about the start and finish point, I can edit that. The parameters are all variable so the altitude of the ‘camera’ and the play back speed can be changed.

I’ll have a look at trying to put together some how-to instructions.

That’s really cool - and impressive! Definitely interested in knowing more about the technology and how to apply it.

Exactly. If you take any real liberties you might as well hand yourself in at the station in the way home.

Try “relive” - great app!

The trophy was MOT’d today. I need some new front brake pads otherwise ok. It shows I did a paltry 450 miles last year, probably 3 tanks of fuel! Although I did manage about 5,000 when you take into account my royal enfield 350.
I was lucky with the weather, heavy rain and wind passed through overnight/am, then the sun came out and wind dropped just in time for me heading out. It stayed bright and warm for a run out after the MOT. Must do better this year…
There was some beautiful old bikes at the shop being serviced, a Norton 850 commando, Triumph Bonneville 750, MV agusta (Tiddler, no idea of name but old). They look like they get used regularly.

Nice morning out to Shobdon Airfield on the Tiger 900. Breakfast, not much traffic, roads not to wet. Coffee in Ludlow, clear roads with some epic overtakes on the way home.10/10

Nothing. Again

Took the mrs’ Striple to the shop today for a change of sprockets (and chain, obviously). She thought it was a bit nippy, and after checking the rear sprocket it transpired there’s a 50 teeth one on there - so no wonder it wanted to take off like a bat out of hell… So back to standard gearing tomorrow, that should make it easier to ride for her. (I actually liked it the way it is now… :see_no_evil::joy:).

Took advantage of dry sunny weather this morning to burn another tank of petrol, was nice to be able to break out the spring gloves and leave the heated socks and long-johns at home

This week I took extra care to notice wind direction and road camber so escaped without damage

Hey, if you need someone to ride it for you… you just need to ask!

The village authority forbid Ulverstonians from entering. Sorry and all that :grinning:

I love Shobdon :+1:.

Depends on the village as to what access rights I have…I’m not Ulverstonian… I just live here :joy::joy::joy:

Guilty by association.
We are way over subscribed with idiots in this village (Newton) we have a waiting list :grinning:

Nobody likes an incomer :joy:

Today I cleaned both the Thruxton and the Tiger. Lovely in the sunshine even if it was a little bit windy.

Lubed the chain and polished it ready for the cracking weather we are getting in Cumbria. May I think it is!

I’ve got great memories of Cumbria. I used to love to go and stay with the inlaws at both Winster and Troutbeck… Had some excellent rides too! Wrynose/Hardknott, Kirkstone, along Ullswater… brilliant. You’re lucky to have all of that on your doorstep.
