What have you done to your non Triumph today

Not MY non - Triumph, but got about 75 miles in on an MT-03 today. What a fun little hooligan of a bike it is. Punchy and easy to ride and sounds great even on the stock exhaust :slightly_smiling_face:

I forgot my phone, so no photos…so this didn’t really happen :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:…but I did a quick 70ish miles to the Baffle House and back on my Hyperstrada. Cold but sunny and it seems like spring is definitely just around the corner .

Helmut and I went to The Piston Club today on the Tuono and Hyperstrada (it was meant to be the Multistrada but it had a mystery flat rear tyre :slightly_frowning_face:), the roads were wet and slimy and a bit muddy in places but the temperature was in double figures and the sun made an appearance, so it was a nice ride out.

Two hooligans in the sunshine:

Changes in the weather - a week last Friday Westerdale, North York Moors National Park. I’ve ridden through two fords at this point. Filthy bike.

One of the old packhorse bridges, long since by-passed and now part of the footpath network.

Last Friday, sat outside the Highwayman Cafe near York having breakfast in the sunshine.

I took my Enfield out to Grafton Honda to have a look at the 2025 Honda NC750X as I found out they’ve upped the payload to 209Kg from 195Kg. That means I could potentially easily fit the other half, me and camping kit thus replacing my Trophy 1200 for those duties. Anyway I thought it looked better in real life than in the brochures so it’s a possibility to replace both bikes.
Trouble is I enjoyed the Enfield so much getting there that I seriously questioned my willingness to get rid of them both or either of them. :man_shrugging:
Something to mull over… Some pics from the day, one of the Enfield overtaking a porche :hushed: (probably the only time that will ever happen) and one going up a hill at 70mph just for the doubters out there on t’internet. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Are you going to test ride the Honda or have you ridden the previous model?

I would definitely go for a test ride before buying any new bike but I’m having an internal discussion about improving comfort on my Trophy and suspension on my Enfield or replacing them with a single bike. I know you and others enjoy having multiple bikes but this is the first time I’ve had 2 bikes and I would prefer it if I only had one. Trouble is, it is what it is, so I keep doing nothing… :grimacing:
I’ve had my Trophy for many years and I’ve grown attached…but… maybe… if only… my head hurts. Nothing sound good tonight.
So to answer your question, no I’ve never ridden one, yes I would test ride.
If I remember correctly you rode the older model abroad somewhere and liked it?
